Summary
Provide routine clerical, administrative and general office support including typing, record and file maintenance and telephone reception.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Answers telephone and refers callers to the appropriate person and/or takes messages as needed
• Greets and directs visitors and/or clients to the appropriate person or department
• Maintains office, department files and records
• Types forms, memos and letters sometimes of a technical and/or confidential nature
• Responds to routine requests for information and refers more complex requests to the appropriate staff member(s)
• Enters and retrieves data from the case management system
• Performs all other related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or GED and two to three (2-3) years of related work experience. Good communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and operate standard and automated office equipment. Proficient typing and computer use.
Physical Demands And Work Environment & Other Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to sit, walk, climb, stoop, lift, push and pull.
