Well Being Assistant - Certified Nursing Assistant
Job Summary
Provides non-skilled restorative care and services that support the care delivered to residents requiring long term care or rehabilitative care in accordance with established restorative care procedures and as directed by the Assistant Director of Nursing or therapists. Performs a variety of patient related tasks which supports the delivery of a stimulating environment and increases the functioning levels of residents through daily activities.
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year of experience.
• Prefer demonstrated effective interpersonal skills.
• Prefer demonstrated ability to be patient, creative and display a sense of humor.
• Prefer demonstrated organizational skills.
• Prefer demonstrated ability to work with the long term care population.
Mandatory Education
HS EQ: High School Diploma, GED or Certificate
Preferred Education
Required License and Certs:
BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR
CNA: Certified Nursing Assistant
