**RN Supervisor Responsibilities:**
As an RN Supervisor, you will:
• Ensure compliance among nurses, CNAs, and medical staff
• Initiate and engage in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings
• Address triggered indicators within the Care Plan
• Collaborate with caregivers and other disciplines
• Prepare Quality Measure/Quality Indicator reports
• Implement educational plans to adapt to changing needs
• Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering growth
