Job Summary
The Advanced Practice Nurse demonstrates mastery of the specific knowledge and skills required for a specialty area of nursing. This position is accountable for the development and application of standards ad evidence-based practice to enhance the quality of care to the patient and family. A self-directed advanced practitioner, the primary function of this position is that of an expert practitioner with essential education, consultant, researcher and managerial components.
Required Qualifications
• Require minimum of two (2) years experience in working with patients in the designated specialty area required.
• Require current RN or Advanced Practice FL licensure.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prefer program management, teaching consulting and outcome management experience.
