We’re seeking a Tech & AI-Savvy Executive Assistant who will work closely with our Chief of Staff and me (Zeev Wexler). You’ll provide top-tier executive support, oversee key administrative tasks, support our social media efforts, and help streamline our day-to-day operations. If you’re excited about applying the latest AI technologies to optimize workflows and you have a knack for both business development and marketing, this role could be an excellent fit for you.### Key Responsibilities
**Executive and Administrative Support**
• Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential communications
• Prepare, track, and process expense reports and other financial documents **Social Media and Content Creation**
• Assist with social media scheduling, monitoring, and engagement to amplify our brand voice
• Draft and edit written content, including reports, presentations, newsletters, and social media posts **AI and Technology Integration**
• Utilize AI-powered tools to automate routine tasks, organize data, and streamline processes
• Continuously research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency **Collaboration and Coordination**
• Work closely with the Chief of Staff and executive team to align priorities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns and client initiatives ### Qualifications
• **Executive Administrative Expertise**: Proven experience in administrative assistance and executive support
• **Strong Writing and Communication Skills**: Ability to craft compelling social media content and business documents
• **Tech and AI Proficiency**: Comfortable learning and using AI-driven tools to improve workflows
• **Organizational Skills**: Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• **Self-Starter**: Capable of working both independently and in a hybrid team setting
• **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
