Senior Innovation Process Analyst
FCCI is seeking a Senior Innovation Process Analyst. In this role, you will drive value for the organization by optimizing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. In collaboration with stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving process efficiency, automation, and continuous improvements across the organization. By leveraging Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, workshop discussions, and low-code automation platforms, you will identify opportunities for innovation, optimize workflows, and enhance operational effectiveness.
You will play a pivotal role in the success of the corporate Operational Excellence program by supporting change champions, developing tools and resources, delivering training and sharing best practices to sustain improvements. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to analyze complex business challenges, develop data-driven solutions, researching and leveraging new technologies, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Additionally, you will champion the Operational Excellence program by leading key initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving adoption of new technologies.
This position is based in our corporate office in Sarasota, Florida, and upon satisfactory completion of onboarding, the employee is eligible to work a hybrid schedule (2 days from home, 3 days in office).

The salary range for this position is $68,664-$105,739 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Qualifications
Experience
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Actuarial, Statistics, Risk Management or IT (relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education).
• Minimum four years of experience in business process analysis, commercial insurance, or cross-functional project roles.
• Experience with process mapping, change management, and automation techniques (e.g., macros, scripting, Power Automate, RPA, AI-based OCR).
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical, data analysis, statistical modeling, and ROI evaluation skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and leverage complex data for decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of business process optimization, KPI tracking, and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to adapt to new systems.
• Proven ability to lead change initiatives, train stakeholders, and drive adoption of new tools and workflows.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to guide teams through process improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and department objectives.
• Commitment to staying up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process improvement.
Preferred
• Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) certification. (Preferred)
