Patio & Pool Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities
• Greeting members and guests and providing an exceptional outdoor dining experience in our Rose Campus
• Having extensive menu knowledge
• Being a resource of knowledge about our wines and spirited drinks
• Ensure excellent and prompt food service to members and guests
• Supervise, support, schedule and assign daily work
• Support and assist team members in handling member inquiries and requests
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
• Performs any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor and professional staff
Qualifications
• Previous experience in outdoor dining or al fresco restaurant experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to operate or learn to operate a point-of-sale system
