Hiring Company: Delicatessen Services Co., LLCOverview:The primary responsibility of the Receptionist is to answer a multi-line telephone and ensure that every incoming call is treated in a professional and efficient manner and all calls are routed to the appropriate individuals. The Receptionist will also be able to take clear complete messages and communicate them in a timely fashion, greet visitors and employees in a pleasant, friendly and courteous manner at all times, and be dependable, reliable and accountable for attendance to effectively cover the front line of the company. This position will also provide clerical support for other departments as needed. Hours: M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pmJob Description:Responsibilities:Provide Front-desk coverage by managing busy multiline phone system.Greet guests and follow visitor protocol using guest registration application and badge system.Manage incoming/outgoing mail and shipments.  Prepare shipping labels for domestic and international mailings.Update and maintain phone list of all Sarasota employees.Serve as a connection point between various departments and team members to guarantee the smooth dissemination of information.Manage office supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that all necessary materials are readily available.Produce purchase orders and reconcile invoices.Maintain filing system and contact databaseSupport colleagues and complete various administrative tasksProvide clerical support to other areas within the Company, as needed.Other duties as assignedQualifications:High School diploma plus additional specialized training in general administrative practices.One (1) to three (3) years related experience.Friendly, service-oriented personalityProficient in MS Office applications, specifically Word and ExcelStrong written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsGreat customer service and interpersonal skillsKeen attention to detailLocation:Sarasota, FLTime Type:Full timeDepartment:Office Services
