Position Summary: The National Sales Manager will assist the Vice President of Sales in identifying and leveraging sales opportunities across all customer channels for Natural Immunogenics, focusing on the company’s leading mineral hydrosol products Sovereign Silver and Sovereign Copper This role will be instrumental in driving growth within the natural, mass, dollar, and drug channels while ensuring profitability and expanding brand presence. This individual will help develop strategic plans to target new customers while supporting the development and execution of sales strategies for all accounts. This role demands a passion for natural products and an ability to implement key aspects of the annual sales plan aligned with organizational goals. Local candidates are preferred. Reports To: Vice President of Sales Key Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy Development: Transform marketing and business plans into actionable commercial strategies and objectives, focusing on the promotion and growth of Sovereign Silver and Sovereign Copper. Channel Strategy Leadership: Lead the creation and implementation of assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and growth goals. Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develop short- and long-term strategies, including budgeting, in line with company sales objectives and the increasing demand for mineral hydrosol health products. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide the sales perspective to the marketing and R&D teams to ensure that product meet market needs. Sales Tracking & Optimization: Monitor sales data and collaborate with cross functional partners to optimize promotions and improve trade spend efficiency. Market Analysis & Trends: Stay informed of supply-demand trends, competitors, and market dynamics, ensuring the products remain competitively priced and marketed to maximize impact. Data-Driven Decision Making: Synthesize customer, sales, and market data to provide actionable insights that drive the success of silver-based health solutions. Forecasting & Sales Support: Assist with forecasting and volume pacing to ensure demand is met while supporting inventory and sales targets. Strategic Project Leadership: Lead projects related to brand expansion, channel development, and pricing strategies to support the company’s mission. Broker & Distributor Management: Oversee external brokers and distributors to ensure products are effectively marketed and sold in alignment with sales objectives. Industry Leadership: Keep the executive team informed on key industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact the company’s product offerings. Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Sales Experience: 8+ years of sales experience, ideally in the CPG or natural health industry, with a focus on immune support or wellness products. Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing sales teams, national accounts, and working with wholesalers/distributors. Data Proficiency: Experience with syndicated data tools (SPINS, IRI, Nielsen) to monitor market trends and performance. Forecasting & Reporting: Ability to manage sales forecasts, reporting, and the creation of sales presentations tailored to health and wellness products. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial reports, budgets, and key sales metrics. Adaptability: Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on innovation and wellness solutions. Independent Contributor: Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to operate with minimal support. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Results-Driven: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in the wellness or health product space. Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on process and metric-driven sales growth.
