General Description: The Onboarding & Training Manager is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training independent adjusters and internal claims staff. This role ensures adjusters are well-prepared to handle claims effectively while maintaining high-quality service standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute onboarding programs to quickly integrate new independent adjusters and staff. Continuously design and implement comprehensive training programs for adjusters on claims handling best practices, compliance, and technology usage. Ensure all adjusters meet licensing, appointment, and regulatory requirements across different states. Establish KPIs to track the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary. Develop training materials, guidelines, and best practices to maintain consistency in claims handling. Train adjusters and employees on claims management systems and other relevant technology. Create ongoing learning opportunities to keep adjusters up to date with industry changes. Develop engagement programs to maintain strong relationships with independent adjusters and ensure long-term retention. Performs other duties as required. Salary: $65.4K - $83.8K a year
