As a Retail Team Leader , you'll play a key role in managing retail route operations, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting your team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Coach : Assist in training, coaching, and motivating the retail merchandiser team, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality service standards. Merchandising Excellence : Maintain and execute company plan-o-grams, promotions, and product displays as outlined by corporate standards. Route Operations : Step in as a relief merchandiser for assigned routes. You'll be responsible for product deliveries, stock rotations, and customer interactions. Customer Satisfaction : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster increased sales and resolve any service issues on-site or through management communication. Inventory Management : Ensure product stock levels are accurate and perform inventory reconciliation as needed. Report discrepancies and manage product ordering. Equipment Maintenance : Ensure all vending equipment, kiosks, and other display items are operational, clean, and well-maintained. Safety & Compliance : Follow safety protocols, perform daily vehicle inspections, and ensure compliance with all DOT regulations. Qualifications: Experience : 1-3 years in retail merchandising or route operations is preferred. Leadership or management experience is a plus. Education : High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Some college is a bonus but not required. Skills : Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Physical Requirements : Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, driving) and work in varying conditions. Ability to drive company vehicles and conduct pre-trip inspections.
