Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Admin Assistant to join our customer's team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customer's clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, making them a vital part of the customer support team. Key Responsibilities: Scan and save documents into job files for accurate record-keeping. Update contact information when processing orientation sheets. Process work orders in the computer system and distribute them to trade partners. Maintain and organize filing systems for easy document retrieval. Respond promptly and professionally to homeowner emails and phone calls. Provide general administrative support to the customer service team as required. Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and proactively. Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical and solutions-focused approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external contacts.
