As an Operational Gate Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our gates and related systems. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various gate mechanisms, access control systems, and related equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach .Responsibilities: ? Install, configure, and program gate systems, including gates, operators, access control panels, sensors, and related components. ? Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on gate systems to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards. ? Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with gate systems and associated equipment, utilizing appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment. ? Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, such as motors, sensors, control boards, wiring, and other related parts. ? Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination during installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. ? Respond promptly to service requests, prioritize tasks, and complete work orders in a timely manner to minimize downtime and disruptions. ? Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and inventory documentation. ? Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in gate systems and access control to provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades. ? Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on gate system operations and maintenance.
