Job Description: Front Desk Agent are the “First Impression" of our clients Hotel. You are serving guest at the front desk while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner by following company standards. Schedule: Must have open availability to work 7am-3pm AND 3pm-11pm (Includes weekdays and weekends) Pay rate: $16/hr (After achieving permanency it will be $17/hr , with a good review bonus incentive of $100+ every two weeks) Responsibilities: Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Efficiently check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience while verifying reservation details and processing payments. Answering Guest Inquiries: Provide information to guests about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and directions, offering excellent customer service at all times. Handling Reservations: Manage room bookings, modifications, and cancellations, both in person and over the phone or via email, ensuring proper documentation and accurate records. Managing Guest Complaints and Requests: Address guest concerns and special requests in a professional manner, resolving issues promptly or escalating to management as needed to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintaining Front Desk Operations: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials, such as registration forms and brochures, for a professional and welcoming environment. Processing Payments and Billing: Handle payment transactions, issue receipts, and assist guests with billing inquiries, ensuring all charges are accurately applied and processed. Qualifications: - At least 2 years of customer service/Front Desk experience in a hotel setting - Strong front desk skills with the ability to handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries - Previous experience in a hospitality role, demonstrating a passion for guest services - Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and handling guest relations - Preferred skills in hospitality management or hotel management - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for this position **Must have open availability to work weekdays/weekends from 7am-3pm AND 3pm-11pm when scheduled.*** If you meet these requirements, to be considered immediately please apply at pinnacle-staff.com, we look forward to speaking with you!
