Donor Data Administrator will support our fundraising and development efforts by managing and optimizing our donor database systems. This position records, tracks, reports, and acknowledges donations and collaborates with the Director of Communication and Development to plan, track, report, and share Development's measures of success. Key Skills Needed for the Role The following skills are essential to becoming a successful Donor Data Administrator: Communication: Donor Data Administrator must be able to effectively take direction from senior Development staff. Must possess the highest level of confidentiality and protect donor information at all times. Time Management and Organization: Donor Data Administrator must be skilled at managing their time, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. They are often responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously. Candidate will be able to pull reports as needed. Reporting & Data Analytics: Develop and generate customized reports, queries, and dashboards for fundraising, donor engagement, and campaign analysis. Prior Experience in Donor Retention Management or Client Retention Management Systems Prior Experience in Non-Profit Responsible for maintaining donor databases, tracking donations, and coordinating donor recognition programs. Process gifts into the donor database and produce acknowledgments with an appropriate turnaround time. It is crucial to manage and maintain donor management systems. Implementing digital marketing campaigns, payment technologies, data analysis, and reporting tools may also be involved. Must maintain accurate information, which will entail resolving duplicate accounts, managing lack of information and/or updating information Must be able to maintain accurate mailing information for donors. Understanding of data privacy regulations and nonprofit compliance standards Reports to: The Donor Data Administrator reports to The Director of Communications and Development. Collaborates with the Development Associate and Executive Leadership as requested.
