CCG is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing Accounting Team.  General areas of responsibility include applying customer payments, ensuring invoices are accurate, and maintaining account records.
What you will do in this role:
• Assist customers with billing and payment inquiries
• Ensure customer billing is accurate and prepared in accordance to the customer’s account terms
• Process customer payments precise and timely
• Resolves collections by examining payment terms, history and credit lines
• Resolves account discrepancies with account managers and/or customer
• Review statements of accounts for accuracy
• Reconcile AR to the General Ledger
• Maintain accurate account records, reports, and spreadsheets
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned
What makes you the ideal candidate:
• Previous AR experience
• Experienced working in an organization with multiple companies, divisions and/or locations
• Previous International accounting experience is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Programs
• Highly organized with a focus on superior attention to detail
• Proven time management skills focusing on urgent and overlapping deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
