Job Summary
Oversees and coordinates the daily operations and participates in support activities for program management. Responsible for managing, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of program support. Collaborates with program leaders to maximize efficiencies and proactively plan to meet the program requirements. Uses computer software for data input, analysis, report and program improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Require an Associate's degree. Relevant work experience using computer-based programs can substitute on a year for year basis for the required education.
- Require demonstrated proficiency in computer use and understanding of computer-based programs, including Excel.
- Require a minimum of five (5) years of experience using computer-based programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer demonstrated oral/written communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Prefer the demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prefer the demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of organizational personnel.
- Prefer experience in a hospital setting.
