We are seeking a friendly and efficient server to join our team at our restaurant in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
• Greet customers and take their orders
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Requirements
• Prior experience as a server preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
