Job Summary
Welcome to the Human Resources Department!
The Human Resources Information System/Time and Attendance Specialist I is responsible for providing administrative assistance and support for our Time and Attendance System. The position provides house-wide daily support to users and assist with orienting new employees/leaders on the system . The position may also provide support on various other HR initiatives and projects.
The position works closely in the following areas/systems: API (symplr), iCIMS, PeopleSoft, Kronos, Time and Labor, Queries, SQL
Required Qualifications
• Require a bachelor's degree from a business school, vocational/technical institute in a related field. An Associates degree with two (2) years of relevant experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required degree.
• Require a minimum of one (1) year of recent related experience, preferably in the Human Resources in a similarly sized healthcare institution.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prefer thorough knowledge of PC/software applications, word processing skills, and analytical skills utilizing EXCEL spreadsheets.
• Prefer dependable individual able to work independently.
• Prefer excellent customer skills and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of staff and the public, both in person and by telephone.
• Prefer the ability to exercise sound discretionary judgment and effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Prefer the ability to satisfactorily manage multiple duties and assignments simultaneously.
