Player Development Host
FUNCTION
The Player Development Host plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our players by fostering a welcoming and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about player engagement, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of gaming culture.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for players, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with players, offering personalized engagement strategies to enhance loyalty.
• Organize and host player events, tournaments, and promotional activities to increase player participation and satisfaction.
• Gather player feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, communicating findings to relevant departments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with the player base.
• Monitor player activity and behavior, identifying opportunities for outreach and engagement.
• Assist players with any issues related to gaming and provide information on services and promotions.
• Maintain compliance with all gaming regulations and internal controls.
• Other duties as assigned.
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
• Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
Education, Training, And Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or gaming operations preferred.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and standards is a plus.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
