Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for leveraging various social media platforms to enhance the recruitment strategy of creating and maintaining an active flow of prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, networking, database mining, referrals, and other recruitment techniques to establish effective recruitment relationships with viable candidates for current and future open positions. The Sourcing Specialist is also responsible for strategically managing the brand presence and ratings for SMH on social medial platforms, and job boards to ensure that Sarasota Memorial maintains a strong and positive employer reputation and online presence.
Required Qualifications
• Require and associate degree in a related field. Additional relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
• Require three (3) years of experience with utilizing various online search engines and media platforms, as well as experience in handling and strategizing multi-channel recruitment campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prefer strong ability to create and maintain effective working relationships.
• Prefer demonstrated experience using commonly use computer applications (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Prefer strong analytical abilities to spot patterns and trends in content marketing data.
• Prefer demonstrated ability to use the following: Canva or other design tools, CRM’s, project management and communications tools.
• Prefer strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while working on short-term, long-term projects and meet daily needs simultaneously and producing high quality work.
• Prefer a highly organized with project management and time management skills.
• Prefer the ability to provide reporting and summaries for department to report marketing activities to the Clinical Recruitment & Retention Committee
