What You’ll Do:
• Research and identify enterprise and mid-market business prospects across the Tampa to Fort Myers region
• Initiate outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and site visits to engage decision-makers
• Develop relationships with C-suite leaders, IT directors, and department heads
• Uncover complex office technology needs and position AD Solutions’ full suite of offerings
• Set high-quality appointments for our enterprise account executives
• Track outreach and progress in our CRM to ensure pipeline accuracy
• Stay informed on technology trends relevant to larger organizations
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven B2B Sales Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in business development, territory sales, or outside sales (preferably targeting mid-size to large businesses)
• Confident Communicator: Ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers
• Strategic Prospecting Mindset: Experience developing targeted prospecting plans for larger, more complex accounts
• Tech-Savvy: CRM proficiency required; familiarity with office technology solutions is a plus
• Self-Starter: Ability to manage your own schedule across a large territory and work independently
