Job Title: Account Processor
Location: Owensboro, KY
Bill Rate: $20-24 per hour DOE
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
W2 contract duration: 6+ months with possible conversion
Job Summary:
This role involves processing income checks and packages for Assumptions and Subordinations, along with assisting in phone queues to help customers. The candidate will be expected to complete checks and scan packages within the same day while adhering to service level agreements. The position requires strong customer service, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities involving both customer interaction and internal team collaboration.
Responsibilities :
• Processing income checks and packages for Assumptions and Subordinations.
• Mailing out packages for Assumptions and Subordinations.
• Assisting in a phone queue to answer questions related to Assumptions and Subordinations.
• Completing checks and scanning all packages same day while staying within service level agreements (SLA).
Qualifications:
• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressured environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Additional Skills:
• Experience with MSP or DOCV/MIR is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in computer skills using various software packages.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
