Position Description This position contributes to the success of your Robeks team by providing excellence in guest service to all our guests. This job creates exceptional guest service by providing guests with prompt and friendly service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable working environment. Key Responsibilities Provide “Exceptional” Guest Service to every guest, every time. Welcome all our guests with an enthusiastic greeting. Be knowledgeable of our products and have the ability to describe and recommend our offerings. Process orders through the Point of Sale (POS) system and follow proper cash handling procedures. Adhere to all uniform policies and standards. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and maintain restaurant cleanliness. Perform the functions of all workstations. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Essential Qualifications: Ability to communicate verbally with a wide variety of individuals. Ability to read and comprehend written information. Ability to multitask. Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment. Work Environment: Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per day). Regular reaching, grasping, and carrying of objects with both hands. Must be able to lift 30 pounds overhead, 40 pounds chest height. Must be able to reach objects up to five feet high.
