Position: Senior Structural Engineer

We are searching for a Senior Structural Engineer to spearhead this growth and display your expertise with both clients and a great team of professionals collaborating on a range of specialised projects.
Responsibilities:
• Attend client, architect, and contractor meetings
• Supervise and mentor junior staff - Perform QA/QC on work by others
• Oversee design calculations and preparation of structural and construction documents
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards
• Mentor and oversee engineering team’s learning and professional growth
• Produce high-quality engineering drawings and reports
• Represent the firm and team professionally
• Coordinate projects with clients, contractors, and consultants
Qualifications:
• PE license
• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
• 10+ Years of structural building design experience
• Project management experience
• Business development experience
• NCEES record (preferred)
• Working knowledge of Revit
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
