Job Summary
As the Art Lead, you will oversee the artistic direction of our real-time visualization projects. You will collaborate with a talented team of artists and developers to create stunning and optimized visuals for our clients

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the artistic development of real-time graphics projects, ensuring high-quality visual output.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and technical artists to create immersive environments and experiences.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior artists, fostering a creative and collaborative team culture.
• Define and implement art style guidelines and workflows to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and enhance our visualization capabilities.
• Review and critique artwork, providing constructive feedback to improve quality and efficiency.
• Manage project timelines and resources to meet client expectations and deadlines.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in art, Animation, Game Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in real-time graphics development, particularly in architectural visualization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar).
• Excellent understanding of artistic principles, including composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice To Haves
• Experience in architectural visualization or urban planning.
• Experience with VR/AR technologies and their applications in architectural visualization.
• Knowledge of shaders, particle systems, and advanced rendering techniques.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Perforce) and agile development processes.
