Care Manager - Amethyst
To Identify and seek appropriate resources for resolution of needs of pregnant and postpartum participants. Serves as a fully integrated team member to advocate for participants' interests concerning services, treatment/program alternatives, and community resources. Service provision will focus on working with clients to enhance their recovery during and after completion of Amethyst services.

• Valid Driver's license and ability to provide safe and reliable transportation.
Education And Experience
• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science from an accredited institution. Behavioral sciences include: Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Human Services, Counseling, and Nursing.
• One-year relevant experience working with individuals in a service-orientedfield with substance use disorders after Bachelor's degree is completed.
• A Master's degree in a behavioral science can substitute for the one year of experience.
