FARM EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
Enza Zaden in Myakka City, Florida is looking for a Farm Equipment Operator to join our team.
What will you do?
As a Farm Equipment Operator, you will operate farm machinery and support activities to prepare soil for planting. You will ensure farm machinery, and equipment are given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks and make minor repairs or arrange for repairs. Machinery and equipment include but are not limited to; cultivators, rotavators, sprayers, mowers, and greenhouse equipment. You will also guide less experienced seasonal workers as needed and other duties as assigned.

In Short, You
• 3+ years of relevant training and experience.
• A thorough understanding of English, both verbal and written is required.
• The ability to speak and understand Spanish is highly desired.
• Ability to learn the breeding administration software.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Schedule is Monday through Saturday, occasional Sundays.
• Work outside in different weather conditions.
• Travel within the USA (5-10%).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits
The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the pay range and benefits for the position posted. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, and other objective job-related factors.
Starting hourly pay range is estimated $25.24 - $28.38 per hour.
