Private Practice Clinical Supervisor RN
Busy private practice cardiology group looking for an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor.
Responsibilities include:
Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of healthcare professionals which includes recruiting, training and scheduling.
Procedure scheduling and hospital order entry.
The supervisor acts as a liaison between the providers and staff.
Approves policies and protocols for clinical staff members.
Oversees clinical inventory.
This is a working supervisory position so covering various positions will be required. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Cardiology is a must
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
