RECLAIM TECHNICIAN
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate, monitor, and maintain grinding machines.
• Load and process materials while ensuring proper machine setup.
• Perform quality checks to ensure output meets specifications.
• Identify and resolve machine issues; coordinate repairs as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Record production data and collaborate with team members for efficiency improvements.
• Use various tools and equipment such as saws, grinders, micrometers, and forklifts.

2 Shifts Available:
Day shift: 6:45 am - 7:00 pm
Night Shift 6:45 pm - 7:00 am
12-Hour Shift (Schedule: Week 1: Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat, Week 2: Sun/Wed/Thu)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Proficient in operating grinding machines and related equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and recycling processes.
• Experience with similar materials and processes is preferred.
Education/Experience/Certifications/Licenses
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Forklift Certification through King Plastic Corp required
Typical Physical And Mental Demands/Work Environment:
• Work primarily performed in a manufacturing facility with occasional office tasks.
• Requires full shifts in high-temperature environments (100°F + in summer) with exposure to noise and dust.
Physical Requirements Include:
• Standing and walking for 11+ hours/day.
• Lifting/carrying 5–51+ lbs.
• Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and reaching.
• Operating forklifts and other machinery.
• Use of tools like saws, routers, grinders, and power hand tools.
2 Shifts Available:
Day shift: 6:45 am - 7:00 pm
Night Shift 6:45 pm - 7:00 am
12-Hour Shift (Schedule: Week 1: Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat, Week 2: Sun/Wed/Thu)
