Your workday will primarily be during the first shift. While this will be your usual schedule, there may be times when after-hours support is needed to assist customers and technicians.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As an HVAC Scheduling - Service Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our service operations. Each day, you will field incoming requests for service, repair, and installation, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled promptly and professionally. You will dispatch and schedule our technicians, keeping their day organized and running smoothly. Your communication with field personnel will ensure seamless coordination across all projects.
You will also be responsible for outbound calls to schedule appointments, managing department timekeeping, and organizing customer HVAC-R memberships to keep everything on track. Reviewing and following up on jobs and projects will be an essential part of your routine, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. Additionally, you will collaborate with the construction department as needed.
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR OUR HVAC SCHEDULING - SERVICE COORDINATOR?
• 2 years of service coordination
• 2 years of dispatching experience
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask
• Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Mandatory relocation is required with relocation financial assistance for the following Market Locations:
• Dayton, OH
• Indianapolis, IN
• Columbus, OH
Preferred Qualifications
• College education
• Microsoft Outlook product knowledge
• Dispatch or logistics software proficiency
