• Manage incoming and outgoing communication in various formats (mail, email, phones, in person)
• Maintain property maintenance through vendor relationship and office supply management
• Coordinate company social events and assist in coordinating other company related events
• Track and organize promotional materials and branded merchandise inventory
• Process accounts receivable transactions with consistent and professional follow up
You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
• Process information from multiple sources in a rapid and efficient manner
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite, and general computer processing proficiency

• Process communication within 12-24 hours
• Accounts Receivable collections
