Regional Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Regional Operations Coordinator to support our healthcare team in Sarasota, FL.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Management:
• Monitor and manage operational activities across multiple sites within the assigned region.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Identify and address operational issues, coordinating solutions with relevant teams.
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and mentor local operational teams, providing guidance and support.
• Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance to achieve goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Facilitate communication between regional offices, headquarters, and other departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address regional challenges and implement new initiatives.
• Provide regular updates on regional operations to senior management.
• Project Management:
• Lead and coordinate regional projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
