Role Description
This is a full-time inside role for an Inside Sales Support at GAPCO | Gulf Atlantic Packaging. The role is located in the Sarasota area in our Longboat Key office. The Inside Sales Support will be responsible for supporting sales operations, prospecting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis working directly with our VP of Sales.
Qualifications
• Inside Sales and Sales Operations skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Ability to utilize Sage ERP, Sugar CRM and sales related software
