We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and certified caregiver to join our dedicated team.
Position Overview:
We are hiring a Certified Caregiver for a live-in position. You will be responsible for caring for up to 6 residents with no behaviors. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary with an opportunity for a pay increase .
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care for residents (assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and record vital signs and health status
• Support residents with mobility and transfers
• Administer medication as prescribed
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents
• Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
Qualifications:
• Certified Caregiver (must have current certification)
• Prior experience in caregiving is preferred
• Ability to care for up to 6 residents with no behavioral challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Must be able to live on-site and work a schedule with either Tuesday or Wednesday off
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
• $2,400/month
• Pay increase opportunities based on performance
