Job Overview
We are in search of an ambitious and dedicated Mortgage Loan Originator to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in generating new business and originating mortgage loans through various channels, including branches, realtors, and builders. Your role will involve delivering personalized service to clients throughout the mortgage application journey, ensuring a thorough understanding of mortgage regulations, bank products, and services to foster enduring relationships and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and originate mortgage loans through partnerships with branches, realtors, and builders.
• Conduct interviews with potential borrowers and process mortgage loan applications.
• Submit completed applications to loan processors for evaluation and approval.
• Address referrals and inquiries from branch personnel and other sources.
• Support loan processors by gathering additional information as necessary.
• Promote the bank's diverse range of products and services to enhance client relationships.
Required Skills
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; MBA or Master's Degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years of lending experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to excellence.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
