Internship - Lending
The Bank Midwest Internship Program is ideal for current undergraduates interested in working in a team environment. This opportunity is targeted for an individual pursuing experiences in Lending and Credit Analysis. The intern will gain a variety of related experiences, but will have a project specific to Lending/Credit. Our interns will also gain a deeper knowledge of the financial services industry through hands on experience, coaching, feedback, and training.
General Responsibilities
• Maintain daily contact with assigned leaders.
• Complete assigned project concluding with a presentation of results and learning to the Executive Leadership Group.
• Understand processes and work flows to make recommendations for process improvements.
• Understand business needs and provide possible solutions by explaining in clear verbal and/or written communication to customers and/or management.
• Collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization to deliver a completed project by the end of the summer.
• Consistently learn new systems, applications, processes and techniques.
• Lead or participate in projects or support activities, which are moderate in size and organization span.
