Richmond Community Schools / Student Transit is looking for School Bus Drivers to join our team. Would you like to learn to become a Bus Driver? We can train you for free, and pay you while you learn! Here is a list of our Compensation & Benefits: 3 to 6 hours per day (am run, pm run, or both); 180 days per year (additional hours may be available through field trips/summer programs) Hourly rate of $21.00 upon completion of training Paid Training at $15.00 per hour Paid Holidays, and Snow Days 401(k) Plan with Company Match Referral Program ($2,000 for each referral, with no cap!)
