Location: Mankato, MN (Hybrid Option Available)

What You’ll Do
As a Product Manager , you will play a key role in shaping our product development strategy. You will be the bridge between customer needs and innovative solutions, working with teams across the company to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
• Voice of the Customer – Gather insights, analyze market trends, and ensure our products align with customer needs.
• New Product Development – Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, from concept to launch.
• Product Roadmap – Define and manage the product lifecycle, keeping us ahead of the competition.
• Marketing of Products – Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop sales materials and promotional strategies.
• Coordination of Tradeshows – Support event planning and execution to maximize product exposure and customer engagement.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
• Degree in Industrial Product Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in product management, marketing, or leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience in manufacturing (preferred)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into action.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects , solve problems, and make smart business decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote) .
• Willingness to travel up to 25% with a valid driver’s license.

Salary Description
$90,000 - $140,000.00 per year
