• Must live in the Sarasota Florida area
• Prepare Detailed Estimates : Develop precise cost estimates for labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment from the schematic design phase to final completion.
• Manage the Bid Process : Coordinate with subcontractors, gather quotes, and ensure each project scope is fully addressed.
• Collaborate with Project Teams : Work hand-in-hand with Project Managers to align budgets and timelines, ensuring a smooth transition once bids are won.
• Value Engineering : Identify cost-saving strategies without sacrificing quality or Stellar’s commitment to going the extra mile for clients.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain organized records of estimates, assumptions, and clarifications for transparency and future reference.
