Trading Operations Specialist
Join a top-rated wealth management firm in a vital role within our Trading Operations team! As a Trading Specialist, you'll support risk management, client transactions, and provide exceptional internal and external client service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory rules, procedures, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with Financial Professionals and internal teams.
• Identify and escalate issues for quick resolution.
• Support the processing of revenue-generating products and explain best practices to Financial Professionals.
• Handle trade corrections, inquiries, and maintain trade logs.
• Assist with team training, reporting, and departmental support.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Must hold Series 7 & 63
• Attention to detail, strong communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Salesforce.
• Ability to learn and adapt to internal systems quickly.
• 1+ years of industry experience preferred.
• High School diploma required, college degree preferred.
