Currently, we are recruiting for Project Controls and Support capable of providing expertise with varying needs such as the County Administration Building, the Regional Fire/EMS Training Academy, and the ES Administration Building. About the Position
In this role, you will be responsible for...
Project Financial Analysis
• Analysis of up to 110 CIP projects.
• Generate Burn rate calculations and forecasting expenditures.
• Purchase Requisition Entry.
• Compliance monitoring and review of contract documents for requirements.
• Creating, auditing, and updating with annual CIP Project budget documents.
​ Project Management Information System PMIS Functions
• Primary backup for e-Builder PMIS acting as administrator as needed.
• Provide customer service, respond to e-Builder Help Desk tickets as delegated by e-Builder administrator.
• Act as training backup if system administrator is unavailable.
Hardware and Software Inventory Functions
• Maintain all Capital Projects department computers, phones, and software inventory.
• Review annual inventory reports from EIT to ensure departments internal service charges are correct.
• Process MAC or Cherwell forms as needed to transfer assets between users or departments.
Bid Tabulations and Consultant Rate Review
• Collate Bid Tabulations from numerous CIP Projects.
• General Data analysis and forecasting (Pivot tables, Macros, Index/Match formula, Power BI, etc.)
• Manage, update, maintain database containing bid tabulations by item type, bidder name, bid value.
• Provide Bid Tab reports to Project Managers and Management as requested.​
About the Schedule
Work Hours:
• Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ( No weekends! )
About You
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business, Finance, Planning, Industrial/Engineering Technology, or job-related field -AND- Two (2) years of job-related experience.
• -OR- Six (6) years of professional job-related experience can be substituted at management discretion for the required education.
• -OR– Related professional program/project management may be substituted for the required education at management discretion.
Preferred (" Bonus ") Qualification:
• Working knowledge in spreadsheets, databases, and document management. Specifically, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Reports.
