Job Overview
This role is responsible for full-cycle accounts payable processing, including high-volume invoice management, research, and analysis. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process high-volume invoices accurately and timely
• Perform research and resolve discrepancies related to vendor invoices and payments
• Conduct invoice coding, approvals, and matching to purchase orders
• Prepare and process electronic payments, checks, and ACH transfers
• Reconcile AP transactions and ensure compliance with company policies
• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Assist with month-end close, including AP accruals and reporting
Qualifications:
• Recent college graduate with degree in Accounting, Finance or related is welcome!
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring productive relationships with vendors and internal team members.
• Strong research and analytical skills to resolve discrepancies
• Proficiency in Excel

Location & Salary:
• Location: On-Site in Venice, FL (hybrid flexibility after training)
• Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
