Territory Manager
Gustave A Larson Company is actively looking for our next sales team member to join us as a Territory Manager.

• Customer Focused – We are passionate about serving all of our customers, including dealers, business owners and large HVAC companies and consolidators. We meet customers’ needs by maintaining positive business relationships, growing top line sales and profit margins, and delivering on our promises to help our customers grow.
• Grow and maintain a book of business- Develop and maintain customer and dealer relationships within an assigned territory as well as an assigned account list to drive profit and ensure customer satisfaction with service and products. Present and execute National Sales Programs and initiatives including co-op, rebates, returns, strategic business plans and corporate promotions to drive new business within an existing account by executing on business plans and dealer support events.
• HVAC product knowledge – Understanding or a willingness to learn HVAC residential systems is a must, that experience is needed to assist in selling the right equipment and recommending the right systems for our customers’ jobs.
• Attention to Detail – Our industry is technical in nature and details matter. It’s not enough to do something “most of the time” – we need leaders who are experts in understanding the small details of our business, our customers and our profitability.
• Growth Mindset – Having a growth mindset is essential when working in this role. You will need to embrace challenges and use them as an opportunity for growth. You will encourage continuous improvement even with setbacks, allowing your team to achieve long-term success.

Candidates Should Have
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills (Outlook)
• Highly motivated and detail oriented
• A proven track record of inventory management and warehouse experience
• Valid Driver’s license/driving record
• High School diploma or equivalent required
