General Job Description -Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit, using measuring instruments and hand tools. -installing cable tray -Cut metal components for installation -Trace out short circuits in wiring, using a test meter -Test electrical equipment or systems to ensure the proper functioning -Strip insulation from wire ends, using wire stripping pliers, and attach wires to terminals for subsequent soldering -Drill holes and pull or push wiring through openings, using hand and power tools -Perform semi-skilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment. -Dig trenches or holes for installation of conduit or supports Job Requirements -Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience working for an electrical contractor for electricians -Must have reliable transportation to work -Adhere to all OSHA and Jobsite safety policies and procedures Call Hacel at 864.913.8807 for more information Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift Day shift Overtime Weekends as needed Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: electrical: 3 years (Required) Ability to Relocate: Greer, SC 29651: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
