Role Overview
Corporate Visions is seeking to add an experienced Sales Enablement Training & Development Manager. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Enablement Training and Development Manager to join our team and drive the success of our salesforce. In this role, you will develop and deliver onboarding programs to all our new sales hires, impactful training programs, ensuring our sales team is equipped with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Your work will empower our sales organization to achieve consistent results and exceed goals, while keeping them aligned with industry best practices and market trends.
Corporate Visions is a fully remote work environment, and this position can be based anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
• Onboarding Excellence:
• Develop, manage and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions, ensuring new hires are confident and prepared to succeed.
• Ongoing Skills Development:
• Design, develop, implement and deliver continuous learning programs to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
• Create sales recertification programs ensuring sales team members skills remain sharp and current.
• Collaborative Training Solutions:
• Partner with sales leadership to identify training needs and create tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and content with sales need.
• Align training content with company goals, sales strategies, and market conditions.
• Program Assessment and Improvement:
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using performance metrics and feedback.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Continuously refine and adapt training initiatives to ensure maximum impact.
• Industry Awareness and Integration:
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market shifts.
• Incorporate relevant insights into training materials to keep the sales team agile and informed.
• Ensure content is up to date and easily accessible.
• Innovative Learning Approaches:
• Develop and implement micro-learning modules and targeted enablement campaigns based on team assessments.
• Leverage advanced tools and technology to deliver engaging and impactful training experiences.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years in a sales training or learning and development role.
• Proven expertise in sales onboarding program development and facilitation.
• Solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technology.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Corporate Visions sales training programs.
• Proficiency in Highspot administration or similar sales enablement tools.
• Design and multimedia content development skills are a significant advantage.
