Job Description
Are you ready to help shape the future of South Carolina's workforce? Our RESEA Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of the Unemployment Insurance Benefits Program by providing quality reemployment services and conducting thorough eligibility reviews. Under general supervision, the RESEA Analyst will work diligently to assist claimants in quickly reentering the workforce, reducing the duration of unemployment insurance benefits, and maintaining compliance with federal program requirements. This role requires a dependable and customer service-oriented individual with excellent listening skills, sound judgment, and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
The RESEA Analyst will:
• Conduct in-person UI eligibility assessments on a rotating schedule as defined by the RESEA program.
• Review work search activities, provide orientation to one-stop center services, make job referrals, create IEPs, and assist in resume creation.
• Conduct system-generated and RESEA-related UI eligibility reviews, identify and adjudicate issues on claims.
• Refer qualified RESEA applicants to jobs through SC Works, ensuring accuracy and suitability of referrals.
• Utilize SCUBI, SCWOS, SUITS, Salesforce, Manage Engine, and other workforce programs to serve RESEA participants.

Minimum And Additional Requirements
Education and Experience : A High School Diploma and relevant program experience. A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for the required program experience.
Knowledge and Skills : Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to Unemployment Insurance and the administration of the RESEA Program. Ability to exercise judgment and discretion. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, and in written and oral forms.
Position requires the holder to drive routinely as part of their job. The position may require the employee to work evenings and weekends.
