As a Service Writer you will have the following responsibilities: Accurately open all repair tickets in a timely manner. Estimate warranty repair orders. Review work orders with service manager prior to closing. Responsible for accurately documenting and closing out all work tickets in a timely manner. Assist service manager and assistant service manager as needed. Work harmoniously with the other dealership departments. Maintain filing and storage system for warranty parts so any warranty necessary for return is on hand. Promote all Arnold Companies’ special programs, such as sales of service packages, demonstration programs, etc. Know and understand all department policies and procedures. Review and be familiar with employee policy handbook. Perform other duties as assigned.
