Responsibilities/Preferred Skills 2-year degree in Industrial Electronics, Controls, or related field OR Experience in Electrical experience and controls systems troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and control systems on automated production lines Program, debug, and troubleshoot PLCs and related control systems for efficient and reliable operations Support new installations , upgrades, and optimization projects to improve production efficiency and system performance Coordinate maintenance training programs to ensure technicians are well-equipped to handle the latest automation technologies Identify opportunities to minimize equipment downtime and reduce maintenance costs through proactive solutions Collaborate with engineers and production teams to ensure smooth implementation of automation solutions * * * * * Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards while maintaining a safe work environment Familiarity with work order management and software systems Experience supporting factory automation systems and equipment optimization projects Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide mentorship to junior technicians Minimum 5 years of experience working with Allen Bradley PLCs or similar systems Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex electrical and control system issues * Experience with PLC programming , VFDs , motor starters , PID loop tuning , and both digital and analog I/OWhy Join Us?** This is a fantastic opportunity for PLC Electrical Controls Technicians who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are looking to take their career to the next level.
