The role involves managing civil design projects from concept to construction while collaborating with professional engineering staff. Responsibilities: Design and permitting for land development, public works, and infrastructure. Prepare site plans, grading, drainage, stormwater, roadway, and utility designs. Create specifications and construction documents. Attend and engage in client and contractor meetings. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field OR relevant design experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in land development/re-development. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ICPR, and modeling software. Strong communication skills (oral and written).
